Use the measurements below to find your perfect fit at Leather Store USA. Since leather has a break-in period and a slightly different stretch than fabric, we recommend measuring yourself carefully rather than relying only on your usual off-the-rack size.
How To Measure
- Height: Stand against a wall, mark the top of your head, and measure from the floor to that mark.
- Neck: Measure around the base of your neck, at collar level.
- Chest/Bust: Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, under the arms and across the shoulder blades.
- Shoulder: With arms relaxed at your sides, measure from the edge of one shoulder to the other, across the back just below the collar.
- Upper Arm/Bicep: Wrap the tape around the widest part of your upper arm.
- Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, above the belly button and below the rib cage.
- Sleeve Length: Measure from the shoulder edge down to the wrist.
- Jacket Length: Measure down the back from the base of the collar to your desired hem length.
- Hips: Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your hips and rear.
- Outseam: From the top of the waistband down to where you want the pant leg to end.
- Inseam: From the top of the inner thigh down to the ankle.
- Palm: From the tip of the middle finger to the start of the wrist, for gloves.
Tips For The Best Fit
- Measure over a light t-shirt, not bulky clothing, for the most accurate result.
- Leather jackets fit close to the body — if you're between sizes and plan to layer underneath, size up.
